If you have checked your tracking information and your package shows that is has been delivered, but you have not received it please follow the guidelines below before contacting us:
- Check with others in your office or neighboring businesses who may have picked up your package when you were not available.
- If your office is in a business complex with central mail delivery, please check with your front desk.
- Check to see if the US Postal Service or UPS left a notice indicating that they attempted to deliver your package but were unable to do so.
- Check to see if the delivery carrier may have left your package in an area that is out of plain view.
